Everything the spec sheet needs.

Plate heat exchangers transfer heat between two fluids across a series of thin, corrugated metal plates clamped in a frame — creating a large surface area in a small footprint. Matrix designs and supplies complete gasketed plate heat exchangers, matched to your process fluids, pressure, and temperature range.

Configurations range from compact single-pass units to multi-pass, high-pressure assemblies. Use the technical table below for the standard range, or send us your process data for a matched selection.

  • Single and multi-pass arrangements
  • Chevron and herringbone plate patterns
  • Carbon steel or stainless frame
  • Field-serviceable gasket system

Plates are available in stainless steel, titanium, or nickel alloy; gaskets in EPDM, HT-EPDM, NBR, or Viton G — matched to the chemical compatibility and temperature of your process.

  • SS304 — general-duty, cost-effective
  • SS316 — higher corrosion resistance
  • Titanium — seawater & aggressive chemical duty
  • Nickel alloy — extreme process conditions

Deployed across process industries wherever two fluid streams need efficient, compact heat transfer — see the full list of sectors below.
